Just in time for Bad Axe Snow Carnival 2025! The Class of 2025 created a snow person craft packet complete with hot chocolate packets and candy canes for a fun activity over the winter break for our Young Fives/Kindergarten classes. The classes of 2037 and 2038 made some awesome snow people who will decorate the senior hallway in time for Snow Carnival week. Thank you to Mrs. Hruska, Mrs. Maurer, and Mrs. Stapleton for allowing the seniors to partner with these budding artists.

The residents of our 3 local assisted living homes had their days brighten with the delivery of 252 Thanksgiving cards. Good job to National Honor Society, Mrs. Posluszny's classes and the classes of Mrs. Hobkirk, Mrs. Hollingsworth, Ms. Krug, Mrs. Lacy, and Mrs. Wisner.

Today Ascent High School had its annual Thanksgiving Luncheon for students and staff. This was the 4th year of the event and was enjoyed by all. A huge thank you to Heather Drabek and Brent Wehner from Thumb Bank. They have been the sponsor of the event since it began. Another huge thank you to John Miles and his Food and Hospitality class from the Huron Area Tech Center for preparing the meal once again.

Our three local assisted living homes were able to get 311 Halloween cards to brighten the day of 226 residents. Thank you to Mrs. Hobkirk's class, Mrs. Krug's class, Mrs. Lacy's class, Mrs. Posluszny's classes, and our National Honor Society.
